Rehman Media is hiring one Sales & Marketing Growth Partner in Austin. This is a ground-floor commission-based role with equity upside — not a generic assistant job. You'll work directly with the founder to build lead lists, run outbound campaigns, cold call and email local businesses, book discovery calls, and help shape the sales and marketing systems that bring in new clients.
The role is for someone hungry who wants to get paid based on results, can handle daily outreach and follow-up without disappearing, and wants a real shot at equity as Rehman Media scales. Compensation is uncapped commission on closed deals plus equity opportunity based on performance and long-term commitment. No corporate ceiling.
